Our MD, Mr. Rajendra Benake, is an award-winning Structural Auditor and the author
of Maharashtra DSR. He founded the company in 1991 with a vision to elevate
standards in the construction industry, emphasizing unmatched quality and speed.
Notably, we completed a structural repair and interior project for an IAS officer in
just 11 days, thanks to our dedicated team of experienced engineers and supervisors,
many of whom have been with us for over 27 years.
Our Director, Aditi Benake, a BE Civil graduate from GIT Belgaum, brings expertise
in administration and civil engineering, with a focus on green energy and
sustainable practices. Rituraj Benake, our dynamic young director, excels in site
execution and innovative designs tailored specifically for our clients, ensuring
every project is unique and exceptional.

She is in business in last 20 years, gone through ups and down but at constant ethical parameters, never compromising in business ethics. She is great administrator, expert in Government tenders and varios Civil Engineering aspects. She is the backbone of our company.
ADITI BENAKE
A GIT Belgaum (A+ grade) Civil Engineering graduate, she brings a unique blend of engineering and administrative knowledge from her IAS preparation. She oversees projects, marketing, and finance, while her expertise in climate change and its impact on construction drives sustainable and innovative practices.
RITURAJ BENAKE
